One 3-year term (Member)
Three 1-year terms (Alternates)

THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD is a quasi-judicial Board that reviews zoning permits for boundary line adjustments, land divisions, variances and conditional uses. It helps property owners follow the Town's zoning laws for these special zoning conditions. Members of the present Board are T. Wilson, Tony Gordon, Brent Seabrook and Jean Boardman and any of us would be glad to talk with you about procedures and responsibilities of this Town function. This is a volunteer service responsibility. There is also three ONE-YEAR TERMS for service as an ALTERNATE, when a regular member of the Board is unable to hear a case.
